Call Forwarding

In Call Manager administration, click on the Device, Phone, Directory Number then select the extension.  Under Directory Number Settings, change Calling Search Space to CFALL-DHQ-CSS:




Then under Call Forward and Call Pickup Settings, enter the forwarding extention in the Forward All box:


Click Apply Config to save changes.
