1. Open up a Word document and navigate to the options tab.  2. Click the Advanced tab and scroll down to the General section 3. Select the File Locations option. 4. Double Click Workgroup templates 5. Navigate to this file location: G:\APPS\windows\Microsoft. Select Ok.  6. Close the document and open a new one. 7. Under the file tab select in the home section the more templates button on the right of the screen. 8. Click shared with me (The tab might just say shared.)  You should see the following:
