Running Cisco Secure Client VPN
On your laptop:
Click Start menu, All Apps, then choose Cisco Secure Client:
Now is a great time to PIN the Cisco Secure Client application to your taskbar. This makes it easier to find the next time.
Right click the Cisco AnyConnect icon in the taskbar and select Pin this program to taskbar:
Even when you close Secure Client, it will always appear on the bottom taskbar. You can launch with a single click:
- Open Cisco Secure Client, click Connect:
- Make sure you select SSO-VPN on the Cisco Secure Client dialog.
Login to your UFCW Microsoft 365 account:
- When you click OK you will be prompted to approve the login on your mobile device:
- Click the Accept box to connect to the VPN. You should now be able to access UFCW network resources like servers, network drives, and websites that do not have public IP addresses configured.
- To disconnect, find the Cisco Secure Client icon in your system tray, click on it, then choose the disconnect option:
