The Adobe Acrobat Version 2020,

                                                           I have included in the attachment the error message.   The quick fix for this error. If the installations files within Adobe Acrobat are deleted this resolved the issue.   Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 was reinstalled the error message does not come back up.
