Starting 4/4/23, there will be a different way to download and install apps to your device.

When you received your device, we installed a program called Intune Company Portal (you may see it as Company Portal on your device). In this application, we have added and included many often-downloaded apps from WhatsApp to Google Maps along with many others. From this location, you will be able to select an app you may be looking for or requested and you can download it from here to your phone.

Once you open the Company Portal app, if you select the view all apps (see picture below) you can view all the added apps. Once you select the app that you are looking for to download, select install and the application will start to download automatically.
